Damaged in Shipment

Our warehouse pack orders very carefully to avoid breakage in transit. If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@dionysusbeutech.com within 72 hours of your package being delivered, including a description of the damages as well as photographs. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will be happy to replace the broken item right away.

Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
